What We Collect

Almost nothing. ASQ Calculator is designed to run entirely in your browser. When you enter your child's age, domain scores, or any other input into the ASQ-3 calculator, those values stay on your device. We do not send them to our servers, we do not store them, and we do not share them with anyone. No account creation is required to use the site.

Calculation Data Stays Local

The ASQ-3 score calculation happens client-side in your web browser using JavaScript. When you close the tab, your inputs are gone. We do not keep logs of scores, child ages, or any health-related information you type into the tool.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) to measure page views and popular content. These tools do not set cookies, do not collect personal information, and do not track individuals across websites. We see aggregate counts, not individual behavior.

Advertising

If display ads are enabled, they may be served through Google AdSense or a similar ad network. These networks may use cookies to show ads based on your past browsing. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

Cookies and Local Storage

Our own code does not set any tracking cookies. We may use browser local storage only to remember UI preferences like your choice of light or dark mode. Third-party ad networks, if present, may set their own cookies as described above.

Children's Privacy

Although the tool is about child development, the site itself is used by parents, clinicians, and educators, not children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. We also do not store any child health information entered by parents.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since we do not collect or store personal data from the calculator, there is nothing held by us to access or delete. For data held by third-party analytics or ad networks, use the links in the sections above.
